Hey guise I stumbled across some sauce on the corruption of Justice Roberts regarding adoption. But that wasn't much of a surprise

we knew he was corrupt because the adoption of his children

was 100% illegal.(that's how Obama got him to roll over on Obamacare!) However I was stunned to learn that former South Carolina gov. Nikki Haley is also corrupt as fuck. She got into bed with Roberts over the completely illegal adoption of an Indian child by very wealthy people who were denied public adoption.

SUPER Uber rich people were denied public adoption (WHY??) so they decided to buy a child..an INDIAN child. There are laws against that so they paid mega bucks to the mother and advised her to spell the father's name wrong, input his incorrect birthdate to delay the tribe finding out, she also made sure he knew nothing about the birth. She tricked him into signing what he thought was the usual deployment custody papers (the non deployed parent has to have full custody so as not to delay medical decisions while tracking down deployed soldier for permissions, this is not unusual) but he discovered the ploy and tried to tear up the papers.

THIS case caused a complete rework of the Indian Child Act (to keep NA children within the tribe and with relations).CHRISTY MALDONADO recieved megabucks for this baby….

and then the rich people turned around and sued Dusten Brown!!! And the CORRUPT legal system ROBERTS, HALEY, ALVEO, all helped. He cannot even enter South Carolina without being arrested (and this was supposed to be an OPEN adoption). These fucking rich people went all the way to the SUPREME COURT to get back an illegally adopted child that had been WITH HER FATHER since age 4 months…she did not even remember them.

I'm NA…very sensitive issue. But to be honest I was reading this blog and the author (using a fake name) just seemed to be one of the angriest most hateful people (against HAPA Indians). I decided to do some detective work and from a name on the about me in the sidebar I started digging, found his real name, real tribal association (in the blog he claims to be Shawnee)…it still took a bit of digging to get to the meat of it. At first I got angry because he's go no business raging about HAPA Indians when he's bred a few of them his own self….and he's horrifically uneducated about HAPA issues. BUT then I found the real sauce on the child…HOLY SHIT…no wonder he's angry (although it will not do him well in the long run, that kind of anger only eats you…poisons you, he'd do well to remember the elders…the wolf you feed…is the wolf that wins.

In any case color me FUCKED to find both Roberts and Haley involved in this case. MONEY…took this child from this man. He and Maldenado had known each other since age 16. She knew his fucking birthday and she fucking knew how to spell his name…she refused to marry him sooner than planned probably because she saw $$$ signs. IN that way, he's better off.

Dusten is no angel, he married another white woman, has more HAPA kids, and had other out of wedlock child. He's got NO business raging against HAPA kids. But under the circumstances, the man absolutely has every right to be angry and he's done great work helping to tighten up the adoption laws, but in this case, corruption and money has won.

I know right? I'm really really behind on a project but as I mentioned in a follow up post, I was seriously troubled by that blog and the rage/hate and decided to work out my "judgement' on the writer by finding out why he was angry. I never expected to find JUSTICE ROBERTS and HALEY involved in this.
