The worst thing ever for women was woman's liberation. It's not that women cannot work in the marketplace, some women are perfectly adapted to that, but most are not.

So now they are angry that they are not getting the life they believed (the lies) they would have. They've lost the deep connection to their children who knew Mom would always be there for them. The kids relied upon their peers to establish social values. What goes around, comes around.
