MORE BETRAYAL: House Votes to KEEP Funding Globalist NGO Responsible for Global Censorship and Domestic Propaganda — 81 Republicans Side With Democrats to Kill Defund Push

by Jim Hᴏft Jan. 15, 2026

In yet another stunning display of Uniparty betrayal, the House of Representatives has voted to continue funneling taxpayer dollars to the shadowy National Endowment for Democracy (NED) – a globalist NGO notorious for meddling in foreign elections, fueling censorship worldwide, and even pushing domestic propaganda right here at home.

By a lopsided 127–291 vote, lawmakers rejected an amendment offered by Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ) to prohibit $315 million in funding for the NED as part of the FY2026 spending package.

Following the vote, a disgusted Rep. Eli Crane took to X to vent his frustrations with the rot inside the halls of Congress.

“The swamp is real. But we did pass the Shower Act this week. I could use one after spending so much time in this awful place,” Crane wrote.

He followed up with a stinging rebuke of the 81 Republicans who turned their backs on the base:

“Tonight, the Uniparty rejected my amendment to defund NED. 81 ‘Republicans’ voted with Democrats to fund this rogue organization that fuels global censorship and domestic propaganda. We will keep fighting.”

The Gateway Pundit reported back in February 2025 that President Trump significantly cut funding to the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), essentially “starving” the organization.

The National Endowment for Democracy is a “CIA cutout” according to former State Department Deputy Assistant Secretary and founder of Foundation for Freedom Online Mike Benz. It was started in November 1983 and is funded directly by Congress. Under the guise of “promoting democracy,” what once was considered covert actions have now become overt.

UNBELIEVABLE: 46 House Republicans Join Democrats to KILL Chip Roy’s Amendment to DEFUND Staff Budgets for Rogue Judges Boasberg and Boardman

by Jim Hᴏft Jan. 14, 2026

Forty-six House Republicans sided with Democrats Wednesday night to defeat Rep. Chip Roy’s amendment to strip funding from activist federal judges and the rogue D.C. courts that have repeatedly undermined the will of the American people.

The amendment, offered as part of the fiscal 2026 appropriations package, would have cut 20 percent of the District of Columbia District Court and Circuit Court’s budget and zeroed out the staff/office budgets for Judges James Boasberg and Deborah Boardman.

Rep. Roy:

“We rise to offer two amendments today, one of which is the amendment that I’m bringing forward right now. That amendment deals with what we call general government—that portion of funding that covers a number of areas, including our judges and how judges are funded.

One of the issues that we’ve been addressing is the extent to which the President, who is elected to fulfill a mandate, has been carrying out policies that he believes fulfill the mandate the American people gave him—mandates that members and my colleagues on this side of the aisle believe should be fulfilled.

And yet, there have been judges who have been putting their personal preferences and activist tendencies in front of the will of the people and in front of the policies the President is putting forward, in a way that raises serious questions about whether they are carrying out their jobs responsibly and in accordance with normal judicial ethics and procedures.

Therefore, I offer this amendment, which would reduce the budget of the district court, the D.C. District Court, and the D.C. Circuit Court by 20 percent, and would remove staff funding for Judges Boardman and Boasberg.

These two individuals have been particularly egregious in their contempt for the President and in placing their personal views ahead of their duty as judges to carry out the responsibilities of the offices they hold.

[…]

We created this court. We can dissolve this court. We can determine the funding for this court. The fact of the matter is, we have a situation right now where judges abuse their power—plain and simple. And the D.C. Circuit Court and the D.C. District Court are the locus of that abuse.

In particular, they have harassed staff members because people raise questions about why you would zero out staff. Well, I’ll tell you: ask Dan Scavino, ask Mark Meadows, ask a number of the people who have been targeted and harassed by these judges.

And January 6th—we should make amends. We should not fund this court to continue its lawlessness.”

Boasberg has become infamous among conservatives for authorizing sealed subpoenas and nondisclosure orders in politically charged investigations that targeted Republican officials, including special counsel Jack Smith’s Arctic Frost probe.

Meanwhile, Boardman drew outrage after giving a lenient sentence to the man who attempted to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

But when push came to shove during Roll Call Vote No. 26, the amendment went down in flames: 163 AYES to 257 NOES, with 1 present and 16 not voting. Every single

Democrat, no surprise there, voted to protect their judicial allies in the swamp. But the real gut punch? FORTY-SIX REPUBLICANS crossed the aisle to join them, stabbing their own party and the American people in the back.

Climate Change Warrior Kamala Harris Buys New Mansion Near The Ocean in Malibu

by Mike LaChance Jan. 14, 2026

Kamala Harris just bought a new $8 million mansion in Malibu near the beach. She must be deeply concerned about climate change.

Have you noticed this pattern? Democrat elites, the people most likely to lecture others about climate change and to claim that it’s an existential threat to humanity and the planet, sure do love to buy homes on the coast.

Just look at Obama. Where are his homes? Martha’s Vineyard and Hawaii. Does that sound like a man who is worried about climate change?

This new home for Kamala Harris is just the latest example of this.

The New York Post reports:

Kamala Harris upgrades LA real estate portfolio with $8M mega mansion in Malibu’s celeb-packed Pt. Dume

Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff recently dropped a little over $8 million ($8.15 million) on a 4,000-square-foot, four-bedroom, six-bathroom home in Point Dume, a neighborhood in Malibu that’s home to a who’s who of both Hollywood and — more recently — Silicon Valley power players, the California Post has learned.

In recent weeks several Point Dume residents have spotted Emhoff strolling through the neighborhood which rests on a 63-acre promontory perched above one of California’s most famous and exclusive beaches known as Little Dume.

Access to Little Dume, which boasts one of the most coveted surf breaks in all of California requires a special key that only a select group of Point Dume residents can possess.

While much of Malibu remains devastated by the one-two punch of the 2018 Woolsey Fire and the 2025 Palisades Fire, Point Dume is in relatively good shape compared to other parts of Malibu.

The neighborhood has long been one of the more desirable and expensive zip codes due to its large lots and the privacy it provides which has attracted a parade of A-list actors over the years including Sean Penn, Gerard Butler and Julia Roberts.

It’s just so absurd, and yet so typical.

People are also wondering how she afforded this house.

Liberal elites live in a different world with a different set of rules.
