Mysterious loud booms and flashes of light have Bensalem residents concerned

A mysterious loud boom has been heard by Bensalem residents for years, with videos capturing the boom, which appears to also come with a flash of light.
Rick D'Aguanno, a Bensalem resident, told NBC10 that he has heard the boom and seen a flash coming from the front and back of his house.
"I definitely know that two or three came from the front, because I could see the flash," he said, adding that another seemed to come from the back of his house.
D'Aguanno's cameras have also captured the boom and flash of light. The latest video of the boom was taken on Jan. 10, 2026, but recordings go back as far as April 2024.
D'Anguanno said that the boom and flash can be intense.
"I came up and saw the flash from all the different angles and it was pretty intense," he said, describing a boom that occurred on Saturday. "We thought the van blew up or something out here in the driveway."
Other Bensalem residents have taken to social media to report the mysterious occurrence as well.
However, PECO told NBC10 that they were not doing repairs at the times of the blasts, and the Bensalem police said they have no major reports on the mysterious loud booms.

🚨Trumps Disclosure Speech Reveals Disclosure In 2026
I want to take a minute to add proper context to a video shared by my friend Mark Christopher Lee, because a lot of people are asking whether what he said is speculation or based upon something real.
Mark stated that he was contacted by a source connected to the Trump administration, claiming that a disclosure speech has already been drafted and that timing has been actively discussed at high levels, with international considerations in play.
That may sound extraordinary on the surface, but it doesn't come as a surprise.
For years now, disclosure has shifted from a question of whether to a question of how.
Since the 2017 New York Times reporting, the creation of UAP task forces, congressional hearings, whistleblower protections, and public testimony from intelligence officials, this has clearly become a managed process.
Language, ownership, and timing are important, especially when the implications are global.
It's also a matter of record that heads of state routinely have major speeches drafted well in advance, including speeches that never ultimately get delivered or are delivered in altered form.
The existence of a draft does not mean something is imminent tomorrow, but it does mean the subject is being treated seriously enough to warrant preparation at that level.
International dynamics are another key piece Mark referenced, and that's not speculation either. China and Russia have both signaled interest in positioning themselves as leaders in space, technology, and transparency narratives.
The idea that U.S. officials would be conscious of who "moves first" on a disclosure issue is entirely consistent with how geopolitical signaling works.
There's also precedent for symbolic timing. Roswell remains the most culturally loaded case in UFO history, and any serious disclosure effort would almost certainly reference it.
Whether that happens on a specific date or not, the fact that Roswell continues to sit at the center of disclosure discussions is not accidental.
So I don't see Mark's post as hype. I see it as someone sharing what they've been told in good faith, within a process that is demonstrably real and ongoing.
At the same time, anyone who has followed this topic closely knows that internal conversations don't always make it into public domain.
The responsible way to hold this, in my view, is as a credible signal, one that aligns with known facts, known pressures, and known timelines, without forcing certainty where none has been officially declared.
Mark isn't saying this lightly, and he isn't operating in isolation. Whether or not events unfold exactly as described, the larger takeaway remains the same, that disclosure is no longer fringe, hypothetical, or decades away.
It's being actively shaped now.
