It should say "unlawfully"

I guess it depends on if someone is willing to die for their rights.

What sad is those who call themselves patriots who will only stand when it's themselves losing rights that matter to them.

If a cop is unlawfully arresting you, you can use force to resist arrest, and if death occurs, the charge is manslaughter… and you are entitled to a jury instruction about your right to use force.

That's what the SC ruled… and rights are retained and reserved by the people, and need not be enumerated in the constitution (9th amendment) even though it's covered under the 4th. They don't get to remove a right calling it "bad law" and enforcing any statute the made against it is literally a crime under 18 USC 242.

How did government convince you the remedy to violating rights is giving them the peoples money?

Fact is fact. Are you one of these morons that thing courts are the final say?

I decide if I think it's unlawful, and if I'm willing to exercise my right to use force… not government. Government can prosecute me if I was wrong.

We the People retain and reserve our rights.

It's called a right, and precedent, not my opinion.

When an officer tries to unlawfully arrest you… they are kidnapping you. You can defend yourself. They're not gods, they're not our rulers, they're our servants and they need to uphold our rights.

It is my individual right to decide whether I exercise my right. If I am wrong, I will face the consequences correct?

What I KNOW is unlawful… such as these domestic terrorists telling people it's illegal to record ICE… if they tried to arrest for that for instance… the person would have the RIGHT to use force. That's not my opinion, that's fact. If an officer or agent demands ID without lawful authority and attempts to arrest for failure to ID, then the person has the RIGHT to use force.

Sorry you don't like our rights but those are our rights, retained and reserved by the people, protected by the US Constitution, and anyone who attempts to use color of law to deprive that right is committing a federal crime.
