Every time a big SCOTUS ruling is about to drop related to Presidential powers we have Trump shielding JE files. SCOTUS rules in favor of thee USA and the JE files stay hidden. Trump declares the tariff decision the most critical so we won't get a decision until June and maybe even a ruling that holds it over to next term for rehearing. When Trump wants a good ruling on a case he spikes up the talk of releasing the files. Looks lie a game of chicken to me
