I see deer all the time where I live. Eating off the crabapple tree in my backyard, the leaves off the trees in the neighbor's yard. Moose too. Been two meese in the neighborhood in the past 12 months, can't keep count of the deer that wander through looking for something to eat. Most frequently in the wintertime you'll see them, but it's not uncommon in other seasons regularly. Lots of wildlife in the city where I live. Rabbits galore. Go down to the main park in town and you might even see a bobcat walking down the paths along the creek, been a while since I've seen one of those though. I can get within about 6 feet of them, they don't seem to give a shit. They're not skittish, just cautious.
