One of the protesters arrested at the Whipple Federal Building today was just released, and says ICE is seizing their cellphones. They must be conducting a serious investigation into all of these people and their contacts.

Protester at the Whipple building just said that if President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, they will all be arrested for protesting, and, "now is the time for the First Amendment." The suggestion being that if it's invoked, then he believes it would be time to take up arms.
