I don't believe this. No agent is going to eat at a restaurant full of foreigners.
The street corn is delicious. I get it from a food truck run by a fat old Mexican woman and her beanpole old husband.
Every year I get a case of fire-roasted Hatch chiles. Only grown in and shipped to Texas from Hatch, New Mexico. An old Mexican guy and his sons have a fire-roaster set up in the parking lot of the grocery store that sells the chiles. Only in season for about 2-3 weeks. Friggin awesome. Put em in everything. Clean em, bag em and put in the deep freeze. A case lasts a year if I pace myself.
Kek. You've obviously never been to New Mexico.
They don't grow Hatch chiles in the Chihuahua mountains. They are only grown in Hatch, New Mexico.
