Why such a focus on NASA?

Genuine question, why is there always like 15 notables for nasa every thread? I'm not saying its bad, I'm saying I don't understand it. I'm interested in space stuff, but I doubt NASA says anything true. I usually just look to what Elon says about it. Is NASA just all comms? A ton of nazis went to work there after WWII, so I've just been assuming its NWO comms.
