Been watching a lot of Youtube video and shorts.
Anon opine, but think my take would be a universal one 2026.
Every video that is allowed to be uploaded to be viewed on all platforms should be required by every site to label each vide as Ai generated, dash cam, organic, etc. Should have feature to sort and not show Ai vids if you don’t want them in your view, date stamped, marked as edited , etc. Same way you label films R rated, nudity, violence, etc. Same as cigarettes have cancer warning, food labels, etc. Video and shorts are CONSUMED by brain and emotional channels. This could also be allowed without having to read comments be labelled front view of all video with a mechanism to see upvote or down vote to have viewers also at a glance see viewers response of whether or not they think is Ai or not, to weed out fakes and forgeries. There must be a mechanism to curb the FAKERY at a glance before viewing, maybe even a watermark that is mandated to be overlayed as Ai. Eventually all of the Ai stuff will be boxed i to a category, not just lumped into an algorithm . It is so tiring to see all these bullshit videos. Plus it is harmful to idiots. Trump could do this the same way they put marks on music and movies. Set it up so violators get strikes and removed from posting ability if not followed and repeated uploads without the markings.. I am sure there is some way that these billion dollar companies like Youtube can create a way to detect the Ai and self report it is Ai. They sure were able to take out channels that were patriot or MAGA or Q related. Where there is a will there is a way to set up your view choice to also select NO Ai generated in your view interest would be a plus as it is garbage and harmful long run no matter the topic.
Plain and simple we must demand Ai generated or any manipulation of any video for public consumption be labelled it has been altered and or manipulated not real or completley truthful what you are viewing.
Also, if the content creator is being PAID in any way by a sponsor or ad company it should also be labelled creator or channel is being paid and a link to who is the paying sponsor.
Heck even California has special warning labels on items you buy about dangers, so even liberals cannot get mad at this idea.
All on the left or right side of the video , not hidden in a link or MORE link to read elswhere. Provide a quick view of this beginning of the video and can be set up that it fades from the view as the video starts playing so it is not in view entire video. A fade out, but CLEARLY all of this infomshould be upfront just ahead of CONSUMPTION.
All of these videomis CONSUMED like food and can be very unhealthy for the human mind and should have same disclosure as food, medicine and movies, etc.
If this was a viral conversation I bet most would say yes this should be in place and enforced with violation costs tomthe chanels that do not comply. This is of vital interest tomthe wellbeing of Americans..
And country of orgin on label would add to the useful,information.
This seems to me as an important discussion to be had and then implemented.

Cannot tell you how much just rolls in one video after another in shorts especially that is manipulated video when you just scroll one video after another which many do, they just come in faster and faster, and then topically as you view a topic.
Front facing LABELLED content not hidden, transparency on all consumed video all platforms profiting from views and uploads.
This conversation needs to make its way to Trump admin and done while he is is power.
