Mob getting unruly at Whipple building; numerous people being arrested.

Must be a hundred federal agents in front of the Whipple building; they are threatened the use of chemical irritants on terrorist mob.

Rioter in front of Whipple building said he was arrested by federal officers for blocking traffic and released with a citation. Four other people were arrested for assault. They are being held and transported to jail.
