One huge part of the corruption in NYC:

NY city have the biggest public health care system spanning 11 hospitals and 5 nursing homes

This entity budget in 2025 was 12.3 billion

It uses tax payer money and federal grants and provides care for illegals with no question asked!!

It falls under the umbrella of NY city but not really!!! Anon couldn’t get into the legality of this institute they are intertwined with NY city and with Albany

The worst part is it serves the poorest of the poor population and they are severely understaffed!!
