Scripture is FULL of parable. For instance the tower of babel, not a building reaching unto heaven, but a hierarchy reaching unto heaven. Know of any hierarchies with someone on the tippy top speaking for God and claiming to be infallible while doing so? Did they get divided up into many "denominations" and have different translations and languages so they don't understand eachother?
