The liberals are Democrats are against Trump taking Greenland. They refer to the argument that there is a treaty that the US can build a Military presence there as big as they want. So, not only paying $22 trillion dollars more than NATO for NATO since the 1980's, reduced tariffs amounting to tens of trillions dollars more, there is nothing that they owe the US? Doesn't sound like allies at all, but a bunch of ungrateful freeloaders at the expense of the US taxpayers. Do they realize that President Trump will let the tariffs go to 25% or even higher in order to recap our loses, and their economies will eventually faulter, and he will probably eventually pull out of NATO, and then they will be at the mercy of China and Russia? Where will they get their oil and gas from?
