All kinds of fuckery good and bad can be done with them. Rife frequencies can blanket a whole town even. Remember Rife had that 3ghz carrier wave.
Same with sattalites. Same with electronic warfare aircraft… HAARP can be done from a ship nowadays. Maybe even a small fleet of trucks.
