Most definitely insurrection. Discriminating based on race is unlawful, and civilian violence against civilians while the violent ones are claiming territory as their own, rather than as part of the USA and subject to the laws thereof, is most assuredly insurrection. Mr. Fatty (Fateh) needs to be arrested and questioned to find out how much he knows about - and may have participated in - this insurrection.
