This is a tough one because they technically do not have to honor a Presidential Pardon, but I gave the pretext of how the DOJ and the Feds can intervene if they find her constitutional rights have been violated. The lawyers should have argued that her case takes precedent Federally because even though the state has their laws, we are arguing a Federal election which Trumps all state ownership because a stolen election or tampering by one state, affects the whole country. We have a right to investigate under that premise of her rights violated to see and interview her, get all video, and see if there is actually a solitary confinement or not, which what prison doesn't have one, so they are liars. All it takes if the DOJ to get a Federal court order with a few Marshalls, and go investigate. I have dealt with setups like this, and I know their tactics, that inmate went to Tina, so it is not assault but defense. If Tina wanted to assault her, she wouldn't go into a closet. These are all facts, and they are guilty as hell of a setup.
