President Trump:
The people of Guatemala would welcome US support against the narco-terrorists and I am sure the President there would welcome US support in exchange for permanent bases, it is just that their Supreme Court and their Congress that would be opposed. But maybe a call of condolences for the 10 fallen cops, could get that conversation started, it will be at least appreciated if not acted upon. This would give the US bases for any other conflicts that arise in the future, should other countries request the same support. ThankQ for your attention to this matter. Godspeed!!!
