EXCLUSIVE: US General Plotted With CCP-Tied Mogul To Seize Strategic Islands For China, Tell-All Claims

A Chinese intelligence official’s autobiography details decades of efforts to cultivate ties with American officials, culminating in an alleged plot with a three-star U.S. general to annex strategic territory for Beijing, a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation discovered.

Chinese-American businessman Eugene Ji, who owns two golf courses flanking Louisiana’s Barksdale Air Force Base, developed a years-long professional and personal relationship with retired Army Lt. Gen. Russel Honoré, which allegedly included expensive gifts and meetings with high-ranking Chinese governmentofficials, according to DCNF translations of Chinese government announcements and Ji’s 2014 Chinese language autobiography “New Circle.” Among other concerning episodes, the autobiography claims the pair organized an event to bring Chinese military officers to a U.S. nuclear base and also repeatedly propositioned Chinese political insiders with a half a billion dollar plan to seize Japan’s Senkaku Islands for China through weaponized migration, which the general denies.

“When I asked his opinion on the matter of the [Senkaku Islands], the general said those few small islands are of course Chinese territory — why keep talking without acting? No need to consult Japan. If pigs can be raised on the islands, set up a pig farm. If tourism is possible, build dozens of houses. Sovereignty is China’s. Welcome tourists from around the world. Japanese can go too, just get a visa at the Chinese embassy in Japan, so what’s the hang-up?” Ji wrote, according to a DCNF translation of the autobiography. “Do your friends think the price is too high?”

Honoré, who retired in 2008, allegedly served as the “U.S. affairs advisor” for an organization founded by Ji called the G2 Club, which has offices in the U.S. and China, and is comprised of business leaders and government officials from both nations, according to DCNF translations of “New Circle.”

Honoré, who coordinated military relief efforts after Hurricane Katrina and later led then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s security review task force following the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol riot, denied involvement in the Senkaku scheme and told the DCNF that Ji is “full of shit.” However, he did not deny being pictured with the businessman in multiple photos featured in “New Circle” and in Chinese government announcements unearthed by the DCNF.

Worst Supreme Court Justice Inadvertently Calls To Change Constitution

1/9/26

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is glued to her soapbox.

In Monday’s oral argument in the case of Trump v. Slaughter, Jackson delivered an impassioned rant defending America’s unelected expert class. The case, brought by Rebecca Slaughter, concerns a federal law that cripples the president’s ability to fire members of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). President Donald Trump appointed Slaughter, a Democrat, to the FTC in 2018. She was removed from the commission in March.

Some issues, some matters, some areas, should be handled in this way by non-partisan experts, that Congress is saying that expertise matters with respect to aspects of the economy, and transportation, and the various independent agencies that we have,” Jackson began.

Her primary mistake is assuming the non-partisan, independent nature of these agencies. But fish can’t comprehend water. To Jackson, liberalism is self-evidently true, not a matter of politics. Jackson is essentially proposing amending the Constitution to add a fourth branch of government: The Bureaucratic.

“So, having a president come in, and fire all the scientists, and the doctors, and the economists, and the PhDs, and replacing them with loyalists, and people who don’t know anything, is actually not in the best interest of the citizens of the United States.”

Experts are made so by their credentials, which are conferred by institutions. Nearly every American institution has been captured by the left. Those scientists Jackson reveres are required to craft “diversity statements” if they want a shot at getting promoted, published, or otherwise recognized. Institutionally-granted expertise is available to two types: lefties, and those good at faking it.

Anyone remember the experts of the Biden administration? We had an Orgy Czar at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). A genderfluid drag queen accused of stealing women’s clothing was in charge of nuclear waste disposal. Etc.

That being said,Slaughter is not a PhD economist. She is not a doctor, nor is she a nuclear physicist. She has an undergraduate degree and a law degree from Yale University. She is former chief counsel to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer of New York. Is her expertise really so gargantuan?

“These issues should not be in presidential control. So, can you speak to me about the danger of allowing, in these various areas, the president to actually control the transportation board, and potentially the Federal Reserve, and all these other independent agencies. In these particular areas we would like to have independence, we don’t want the president controlling,” Jackson continued.

“I guess what I don’t understand from your overarching argument is why that determination of Congress, which makes perfect sense, given its duty to protect the people of the United States, is subjugated to a concern about the president not being able to control everything,” Jackson said.

Jackson frequently, obnoxiously, asserts her beliefs in the guise of ignorance. See: The below compilation.

“One would think, under our constitutional design, given the history of the monarchy, and the concerns that the framers had, about a president controlling everything, that in the clash between those two, Congress’ view, that we should we be able to have independence with respect to certain issues, should take precedence,” Jackson concluded.

As Mark Hemingway of RealClear Investigations wrote in response,“The retort here is so blindingly obvious—if not the president, who are these ‘independent’ and ‘nonpartisan’ agencies accountable to?”

It’s probably fine. I’m sure our nonpartisan experts would never dream of abusing their power.

Black Box Deceit: Digital Election Fraud On A National Scale

1/18/26

A new political reality is unfolding in South Korea under the current President Lee Jae-Myung. He is displaying a specific kind of arrogance —having assumed office under the dark cloud of electoral fraud allegations, he is moving to expand the very mechanism of that suspected fraud. If it leads to the likely result, it will be the latest example of digital manipulation of election results on a national scale.

During his visit to South Africa on Nov. 23, 2025 Lee addressed a bill to introduce electronic voting for overseas citizens. He framed this as a modernization effort for convenience. But for South Koreans who have watched their democracy erode under the shadow of alleged statistical anomalies, this is not modernization. Rather, it is gaslighting on a national scale.

This maneuver will feel eerily familiar to international observers. In the 2020 election, research indicated that South Korea was plagued by a statistically inexplicable divergence between early voting and same-day voting. In election after election, we have witnessed conservative candidates win the majority of votes cast on election day. But their victory has been crushed by unprecedented margins in the early voting ballots processed by machines.

In the last election, this pattern reached a breaking point.Lee himself was the primary beneficiary of these bizarre metrics, securing a mathematically improbable dominance in early votesthat seemingly defied pre-election polling and exit trends.

A Flawed System: Statisticians have argued that there are indications of discrepancies.Yet rather than addressing these doubtsor agreeing to a transparent investigation, the Lee administration is now attempting to export this suspicious “black box” system to the over 7 million Koreans living abroad. This is the height of hubris. A political figure whose very legitimacy is questioned by opponents due to the “ghosts in the machine” should be the first to demand transparency.Instead, Lee is doubling down by making a calculated maneuver to normalize the system. By pushing for expanded electronic voting, he might as well announce to the public and international experts that the system is flawed but he will make it even more digital.

The tragedy is that South Korea has an available solution — one that is simple, transparent and proven. This is the “Taiwan Model.”The Taiwanese democracy is facing similar threats from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) but their elections are a model of integrity. There are no electronic counters, no mail-in ballots and citizens vote in person on paper. As soon as polls close, ballots are held up one by one and the result is shouted aloud for the public to verify. It is slow, it is manual, but it is impossible to hack.

Why not Us?The South Korean public craves the same clarity. They want to trust their nation’s electoral process. Yet, the current leftist government is racing away in the opposite direction. You might ask why? The answer is terrifyingly obvious: You cannot hack a Taiwan-style hand count — but you can use an digital tool (technically known as an algorithm) to skew the results in your favor.

A Matter of Server ControlIn the United States, President Donald Trump has made election integrity a cornerstone of his new administration. He recognizes that a nation without secure ballots is no nation at all.If South Korea, a linchpin of the Indo-Pacific security strategy, consolidates a voting system vulnerable to domestic manipulation and Chinese interference, then the U.S. will lose a reliable partner. A government in Seoul installed by server manipulation will ultimately answer to those who control the servers, not the Korean people, and certainly not Washington. They will answer to China and their global ambitions.

The battle lines are drawn. On one side, the “Taiwan Model” —transparent, verifiable and free of such manipulation. On the other, a government pushing toward a “Digital Dictatorship,” using the convenience of voter access in-country and worldwide as a mask for permanent control. Lee’s proposal is not a step forward; it is a cover-up operation disguised as policy. The United States should see this for what it is, as we cannot allow South Korea to fall victim to the algorithmic rules that command the digital age.
