Disrupting a church service and harassing the congregation for why they're not fighting for the same cause the "protesters" are, yelling and screaming in people's faces, making people leave the church in fear, is not peacefully protesting. It is in fact a violation of the First Amendment's Establishment Clause and Free Exercise Clause. But, I'm not a legal scholar or a lawyer.
