Jesse Watters: It’s actually less expensive to do this
‘The Five’ debates President Donald Trump’s vow to bring back mental institutions and the impact it could have on crime in cities
(My uncle was not violent but he was in an Institution most of his life, but also went home to my Grandma’s. As a child he was hit by a car and damaged him. He was perfectly happy and safe at the institution.
He was very timid. When they closed them down he had no where to go because my grandparents died, and he got completely angry and lost, no one could find him, they say he was moved somewhere else for life, by the govt. like a lot of people he was comfortable there, it was good life because he was taken care of there. When they closed the institutions they ruined a normal program and place. Many released were on the streets for the rest of their lives.Thats when the left created the homeless boom. Look where it is today.)
