taking my attention and placing it from watching vlogs i come to see gta 5 building built in minnisota close to my apt that i have in gta.

its the colorful building. i use it to remember where my apt that i have in the game.

they made a replica of it in min, with apartments up top.

they followed and harrassed like scientology does by taking plate license, and stealing cameras as they do not think anything should be filmed.

i can go deeper but this is surface level.

the people say their community matters and to honk or whistle if someone gets abducted.

my neighbors "look out" for one another but it is as someone is "bad" all the time even if someone is walking down the road.

me?, i see someone walking and i go to them and ask if they need anything. ive done it before. turns out the gurl was running away so i walked with her awhile to let her get frustrations out.

ppl jump to "they must be up to something or stealing". this irritates me.

the only way someone would make a racket is if someone was stealing or took something precious, or did something to someone they shouldnt have, then theres some ppl who do it just to further an agenda they either do not understand,or they are paid to, or they want their 15 minutes of fame.
