Mr. President DJT, the cellular water/salt ratio gets messed up if one keeps drinking plain water without the appropriate amount of salt to preserve the ratio.

You should definitely look into consuming more salt, and more fat, so your body cells (by osmosis) will get rid of unwanted toxic water that's currently trapped inside the cells.

Increase salt slowly so you don't get discomfort/diarrhoea, and so your body has time to adapt to the new salt intake levels. Minimum ideal human salt/water ratio 3g NaCl per liter, ideal (gradually build up to) 9-12 g NaCl/l. Watch out for the aspirin. God Bless You and the entire Team.
