Absolving "Law Enforcement" of wrong-doing through Qualified Immunity by 'virtue' of that person wearing a Uniform or carrying a Badge, is the antithesis of "The Law".
For every LEO that violates the Bill of Rights, there are ten that stood by, watched it, and DID NOT arrest their Brother/Sister in Blue (for fear of losing their own Job and/or making themselves Persona Non Grata back at the Club House).
Such a "post-911 culture" in direct violation of their Oath is a shitstorm eventually ending in complete tragedy.
I would have vastly more respect for their "Courage" if they would simply state outwardly their contempt for the Oath, and/or hold up a middle finger when taking it.
The Official Pretending is an offense in itself.
