Federal judges reject DOJ motion to detain arrested Minnesota protesters
all to be released!
One judge found the Trump administration offered “no factual or legal support” to support its contention that this was a “crime of violence.”
DOJ failed to prove that detaining them was appropriate.

Enjoy the real world. The left is still very clearly in charge, and Trump is nothing more than a figure head. Same old same old, and the spineless republicans will either side with the dems on this, or won't do jack shit. One of them may write a sternly worded letter, but that's about all.
History repeats, and real criminals continue to walk free, while their political opponents are the ones who get locked up.
