A new AUS Ambassador to the US has been selected.
He will be replacing Kevin earwax muncher Rudd
Dasting that he's being endorsed by Scott Morrison, the PM who Trump held a week long US welcome for in 2019
beginning with a full official military regalia at the Whitehouse.
Also dasting he's ex military
and also dasting that the communist Albanese picked him.
Morrison remains close to Trump and in comms
and Trump says he's friendly with Albanese.
It's difficult to imagine that Trump had no influence in the decision.
Also points to closer military coordination on behalf of the US in AUS.
Dasting times indeed.

Congratulations Greg Moriarty on your appointment as Australia’s Ambassador designate to the United States.
Having worked with Mr Moriarty in many roles from his time as Ambassador to Indonesia when we were implementing Operation Sovereign Borders through to the conception and establishment of AUKUS in his current role as Secretary of Defence, he has consistently demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism, dedication and integrity in the service and love of his country.
Mr Moriarty is highly regarded in the United States and will do an outstanding job. I commend the Albanese Government on his selection for appointment .
