We are amorphous. There is no hierarchy or leadership. There are a few administrative roles (BO, BV) and there are many self-defined roles based on anons' individual skill sets. Researchers, meme makers, meme distributors, archivists, photo analysts, prayeranons, etc. Everyone participates in the research in whatever way they feel inspired to. No one "leads" and no one tells others what to do. If something needs to be done, an anon pops up and does it. If no one wants to do it, it doesn't happen. So far this has worked out well for us. We call it the "hive mind".
If you have a concept on being prepared, then do it. Demonstrate that it is that you want, by doing it yourself.
Yesterday a reporter popped in and wanted to interview our leader. He was looking for a fellow named Baker. The MSM paradigm of selecting an authoritative person and interviewing them, for quotes, does not fit what we are or what we do.
