this was mass confusion
the guy obstructs
agents take him down attempting arrest
at some point they see the gun
are wrestling and the agent removes gun without announcing he has it
when the guy breaks free he reaches for gun
some shoot him
there is a video going around that while agents are working on him one yells 'where is the gun?'
then says 'oh its over there' or 'he has it'
