But they keep allowing data centers to be built

Isn't there a mega Intel chip plant that's being built as well? Integrated circuit chips need a lot of water in the manufacturing process.

The new book, "The Bubble That Broke The Bank," argues that Arizona has become the poster boy for the looming real estate crash in 2026. The ultimate symbol of the crash is the "Bridge to Nowhere," which symbolizes the emergent vaporization of billions in equity and property values

most of our water goes to the Saudi Arabian farmers growing alfalfa West of Phoenix , it’s illegal to grow alfalfa and Saudi Arabia because it’s a desert and it takes too much water , so our politicians said it’s OK to grow it here in a desert of Arizona and use as much as water as you want

And yet thousands of houses are being built in Apache Junction and south of the 60. Santan is building an entire city. Where is the water coming from? Not to mention the data centers and lithium battery factories

I'm in Arizona and unless they can pipe in fresh water they'd be ignoramuses to allow more home construction. The entire Phoenix area has dropped over a foot because of the massive amount of water they've taken from the ground water table.

Everyone of the government officials in Arizona are idiots, I know of at least three bridges to nowhere, and they canal half of the water to California, and they have built thousands of acres of solar system field, that ONLY supply California, so California uses AZ as their own, and guess what, they are both democratic party oligarchs controlled

I live here. Grew up in a small Arizona town. Great place to grow up in the 70’s. I’m now 65 and don’t recognize Tucson or the State for that matter. Between liberal idiots, rigged elections (no way Hobbs won) and builders raping the land we are screwed. Overrun by fentanyl zombies, filthy, decrepit towns, Tucson looks like hell a reversal of what it looked like 20-30 years ago and above all, there is no water. We have reclaimed water coming into our homes, ruining the plumbing not to mention it’s undrinkable, but the important thing is builder wealth and politicians becoming millionaires. Hobbs, Kelly etc. are millionaires with their money being made by insider trade deals and kickbacks. These homes by the way are being bought by people who ruined their states, Cali, Oregon, Washington, Minnesota And more. I rarely see Arizona plates anymore, just those of the liberal idiots. God have mercy on us
