Minneapolis: US Border Patrol Fatally Shoots Protester. Leftist Agitator Bites Off Finger of Homeland Security Officer
On January 24, 2026, Alex Pretti, a 37-year old Minnesota resident and ICU nurse at a VA hospital, was shot to death by US Border Patrol officers. Pretti had a 9mm semi-automatic gun and two loaded magazines on his person. Border Patrol officers threw a female protester to the ground and Pretti became involved in a scuffle with them and was sprayed with pepper spray. Multiple officers had him on the ground. There is a dispute as to whether Pretti drew his gun on officers as he resisted them or if he was disarmed before he was shot. At least nine shots were fired. It is unclear who fired first. We await more video to ascertain whether officers had disarmed Pretti just prior to the shooting, as claimed by CNN.
Homeland Security wrote “This looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement.” Concealed carry is legal in Minneapolis and Pretti had a permit for the gun.
According to a neighbor, Pretti was part of a “Signal ICE” group chat of volunteers who organized a sophisticated operation to track ICE activity in real time and alert each other when agents were in the area. The goal of the group is to disrupt arrests. Pretti interrupted a federal operation while armed and tussled with law enforcement officers (LEOs) in a dangerous game.
In a separate incident, also on Saturday in Minneapolis, ap protester bit off part of a finger, below the nail, of a Homeland Security investigation officer. The suspect was arrested.

In the chaos and violence following the death of an armed Minneapolis would-be terrorist shot while fighting Border Patrol, another protester has bitten off the finger of a federal officer.
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin posted photos on X showing the loathsome protestors who so viciously assaulted federal officers, and also photos of the one officer’s wounded hand and the severed finger.
What a proud victory for Walz and co.! They managed to ruin a brave officer’s life.
Just ponder how deranged and bestial you have to be to seek out a federal law enforcement officer for the express purpose of assaulting him, and then deliberately bite off his finger.
I can’t help but think of Gollum biting off Frodo’s finger at the climax of The Lord of the Rings to obtain the Ring; and the fiction has a parallel to the reality. As Tolkien meant the Ring to represent sin and evil, and as Gollum is destroyed and driven mad by it, so leftist domestic terrorists seem drunk on and driven mad by their lust for violence and revenge.

Demand for Delivery on Futures on COMEX Is Destroying the Paper Market. Silver Surpasses $106/ oz
The US dollar and western currencies are failing and investors are buying real assets/ commodities. Central banks around the world have been accumulating gold at record levels.
Unidentified COMEX (Chicago Commodities Exchange) futures metal traders have begun standing for delivery, which means instead of being cash settled for their contract or rolling it over for another month in the future, they are saying, “No, we want the metal right now.”
Andy Schectman explained that physical demand has overtaken paper manipulation by the banks in silver. He said that some very sophisticated, very wealthy and very well-informed people began taking delivery of the metal, which is putting stop to the suppression of the price of silver.
He said that he was shocked that the media is silent on contract holders who have been standing for billions and billions in deliveries. He said that it could be the US Stabilization Fund, the US Treasury. Samsung and Sony may also be taking delivery on their contracts.
He also speculated that silver was artificially suppressed for over 40 years because of its military value.
Rob Kientz proposed that foreign banks are the parties standing for delivery, draining the West of its silver.
