Not only that, he had already chambered a round before he bum-rushed the ICE agents, then struggled mightily while resisting arrest. One agent shouted, "He has a gun!" which put the fear of imminent death into everyone within earshot. The rest is history. Takeaway lesson: Don't bum-rush LEOs if you're carrying. No sensible gun owner would be carrying in the middle of a frenzied riot with a round already in the chamber unless he was planning to shoot someone within minutes. Furthermore, on social media, Pretti was urging people to kill ICE agents. Anyone can connect the dots if they have two working brain cells.
