Didn't know that he made threats, that makes him 100% guilty with intent. Either way, I agree, he should not have had a loaded nor an unloaded gun knowing that ICE agents have had threats of being shot, while advocating and interjecting himself.

Cops should never stand in front of a vehicle if they fear for their lives. There needs to be protocols in place in order to make sure something like this never happens again. All it takes is some smart people to sit down and rewrite the rules of engagement.

The core of the problem is the rules of engagement. These rules have been altered over the years. Instead of defending every action as a blessing, we have to constrain actual from perceived threats. What is the proper mind sets, protocols; such as taking cover and not standing in front of vehicles, when force is proper and what use, for example pushing an elderly person could be life threatening as opposed to someone in the 20's. Tazing should only be for someone with a manual weapon, and guns are for guns. We need a Board of Police Peace. There needs to be attitude adjustments in some cases on both sides, decibels takin into account, what are lawful procedures and what aren't. For example, sit on the ground when someone is not even charged is an unlawful order, and the excuse that an investigation needs to be done is not adequate because it is an arrest and an arrest needs a charge.
None of this is Kristi Noem's fault. The real fault lies with those officials that advocated for the public to interfere and protest ICE agents, they created the chaos. Chaos ensued, people got killed because they were perceived threats, whether actual or not, does not matter, because there are real threats to harm, shoot, and kill ICE agents. The left needs to take some of the accountability and work with President Trump instead of putting the public in jeopardy for political gain.
Kristi did not shoot anyone, she is just defending her officers diligently, and that is what we expect from someone in her position. We really need to be truthful in this country, and the sooner we are, the more lives it will save. This goes beyond ICE, but if America knew the whole truth like we do on this board, there would be less resistance, and only the true enemy would show to defend the illegal criminal migrants, not concerned US citizens over human rights narrative. And by this I mean, tell them about the genocide plan, the foreign army factions, along with all the stolen finances, and give them an example of how DeBlasio let NYC fall as a sanctuary city, had the cops enforce a fake pandemic as his kid helped in the riots, arson, and looting, only to create cashless bail for her, and then after they used the cops, they tried to mandate a toxic jab so that their foreign criminal faction would have no resistance. Then the only people who show up to defend any sanctuary city would only be the accomplices of the enemy. Let the truth be known asap.
Melania is calling to unify. That starts with respect and mature dialog. We have to get to the root of all these problems, where it all stems from, and make agreements on protocols, rules of engagement, and what is proper behavior.
No matter what, if the left said cooperate with ICE and do not protest, those people would be alive. We have to get to the root of the problem. They altered the rules of engagement to suit their political agenda at the cost of the lives of people in their base.
Because the threat of the lives of ICE agents were publicized on social media, it is a war zone.
Even if the left changes course, you cannot guarantee that all will comply, the damage has been done, it is a war zone. Protestors no longer need to show up in this scenario, especially after there has been two deaths.

Correct. We need to declare these sanctuary cities as Federal emergencies and get the left to agree not to protest and give them fair warning, that those that protest ICE rounding up criminal foreigners will be considered aiding and abetting the enemy. That would be unity.
See, we do not have the right nor narrative yet. These are consider peaceful protestors by the MSM because we haven't declared sanctuary cities as a Federal Emergency, A War zone, and anyone supporting illegal foreign criminal factions as accomplices and as a threat to the sovereignty of the United States. Once it is declared, only the real enemy would show to interfere and we should rightfully arrest them for aiding and abetting the enemy and charge them with sedition, including any politicians.
It has to be lawful, and right now, they are exercising their rights, and even the authorities on our side echo that narrative, telling them, that they can assemble and protest peacefully. You have to define, which creates constraints, then you can apply rules based upon that criteria. If we don't, this will go on, from sanctuary city to sanctuary city, and there will be more deaths.
