Listen, if we declare a Federal Emergency to rid the sanctuary cities from hostile forces, then they can no longer protest but only show as accomplices. We are doing operations without concise legal terminologies, and the left is playing on that fence. Even the Minneapolis police chief talks about not caring nor enforcing immigration civil issues. These are not civil issues that require due process, this is an invasion of a foreign criminal faction that is being backed by one political side that were brought in to protect them from justice being served. Once these terms or similar are in place, the constraints and rules of engagement can be applied legally without bias nor interpretations equating them to civilian rights of lawful citizens.
