Nothing is ever really free. I would imagine this means the CBA(Cost Benefit Analysis) for this education means their indoctrination over time makes up for the cost. Reality is all that $$$ we send to foreign countries and NGOs is likely paying for it anyway. I wait for the day sleeping people awake to the truth that skills and trades are a lot more valuable.
