Border Patrol involved in shooting on Arivaca Road

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - One person is in critical condition after a shooting involving Border Patrol near milepost 15 on Arivaca Road.
The shooting happened just after 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27.
The Santa Rita Fire District says the individual was taken by medical helicopter to a trauma center for treatment.
The Pima County Sheriff’s Department is on the scene and confirmed Border Patrol’s involvement.
13 News has reached out to Border Patrol for information, but has not yet heard back.
