A central apartment functioned as the cartel’s command center, complete with maps of distribution routes stretching from Minneapolis to Chicago, Spokane, and Seattle.

Phase two extended along the I-94 corridor, intercepting freight vehicles carrying additional fentanyl shipments, firearms, and trafficking materials.

Financial freezes locked down more than $220 million in cartel-linked crypto assets.

By the end of the operation, over 5,000 cartel-linked individuals were arrested nationwide.
