Attorney General Pam Bondi has officially transmitted to Congress the Department of Justice’s Section 3 report under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, confirming that the DOJ has now released ALL Epstein-related materials in its possession.
The February 14, 2026, report — addressed to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, Ranking Member Dick Durbin, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, and Ranking Member Jamie Raskin — confirms that the Department has released all the files.
“In accordance with the requirements of the Act, and as described in various Department submissions to the courts of the Southern District of New York assigned to the Epstein and Maxwell prosecutions and related orders, the Department released all ‘records, documents, communications and investigative materials in the possession of the Department’ that ‘relate to’ any of nine different categories,” the letter read.
The Department released materials tied to the following nine categories:
1, Jeffrey Epstein — all investigations, prosecutions, and custodial matters
2, Ghislaine Maxwell
3, Flight logs and travel records — aircraft manifests, itineraries, customs records, vessels, vehicles used by Epstein or related entities
4, Individuals named in connection with Epstein’s criminal activity, civil settlements, immunity deals, plea agreements, or investigations
5, Entities (corporate, nonprofit, academic, governmental) tied to Epstein’s trafficking or financial networks
6, Immunity deals, non-prosecution agreements, plea bargains, sealed agreements involving Epstein or associates
7, Internal DOJ communications regarding decisions to charge or decline prosecution
8, Communications regarding destruction, deletion, or concealment of evidence
9, Documentation of Epstein’s detention and death, including incident reports, witness interviews, autopsy files

Podcaster Joe Rogan went off this week over the Trump Administration’s handling of the Epstein files amid findings that the Department of Justice under Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche has been redacting the names of potential participants in Epstein’s child sex trafficking ring.
…While it’s fair that redactions were made for random individuals in an FBI photo lineup, the Department of Justice has provided no explanation for why the names of implicated individuals were redacted.

“SHAME ON THE DOJ” – Rep Nancy Mace Responds to Pam Bondi’s Announcement

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) went off on the Department of Justice on Saturday, alleging they’re still protecting powerful individuals, after the Department claimed that all the Epstein files have been released and that the Epstein Files Transparency Act has been fully complied with.
…In a letter to House and Senate Judiciary Committee leaders, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche and Bondi write, "The only category of records withheld were those records where permitted withholdings under Section 2(c) and privileged materials were not segregable from material responsive under Section 2(a). As discussed in the Department's December 19, 2025, and January 29, 2026, letters to Congress (the Prior EFTA Letters), the privileges that applied to the withheld records were deliberative-process privilege, work-product privilege, and attorney-client privilege."
The letter continues, "No records were withheld or redacted 'on the basis of embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity, including to any government official, public figure, or foreign dignitary.'"
But Mace argues that the argument for withholding records under work-product privilege "will NOT save the DOJ from releasing all the Epstein files" and "won't hold up in a court of law."
"RE deliberative process privilege, it would not cover factual information, which is missing from the files. If they can give the names, then they can give them in unredacted files. The list is an admission that they can remove those redactions," she adds, noting that the privileges may not apply due to their decision to close the investigation and send nobody to jail.
She further points to internal communications, which show "agents requesting 'clear and specific guidance' on redacting photographs depicting 'former U.S. Presidents, Secretary of State, and other celebrities' from the Epstein files."
"So which is it? You didn't redact to protect the powerful, or you needed specific guidance on how to do exactly that," Mace questioned, accusing the government of still "withholding information" and excluding certain names from the list released on Saturday.
"TBH, it's hard to find a legitimate reason not to expose every word in the Epstein files except for and unless you are prosecuting someone. That isn't happening. DOJ will lose in court if it comes to that," Mace added.
This comes amid controversy surrounding certain redactions the Department of Justice made in the files. As The Gateway Pundit reported, several high-profile names were redacted from the Epstein files in what lawmakers claim is a cover-up.
Mace further raises an argument about the photos and videos of victims, which were apparently scrubbed from the files, noting that "The DOJ screwed this up so badly early on that they let the Left paint the President in a bad light when his actions were the opposite."

On Wednesday, after the FAA suddenly shut down airspace over El Paso, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced the unsettling move was prompted by a "cartel drone incursion," and assured Americans that "the threat has been neutralized."
However, that shutdown, which impeded everything from commercial air traffic to medevac helicopter flights, was actually caused by a trigger-happy border Border Patrol unit firing a US Army laser weapon at a party balloon, not far from El Paso International Airport.
The introduction of the weapon into a border-security role without FAA approval may have violated federal law. The proposal for arming the border patrol with the anti-drone weapon was first presented to Deputy Defense Secretary Steve Feinberg in the spring of 2025, sources tell the New York Times. The goal was the interdiction of drones used to smuggle drugs across the frontier. According to two people, Pentagon staff cautioned that the idea would require approval of the FAA and Transportation Department, but Feinberg said the Pentagon was free to do what it wanted with the weapons. Jamil Jivani, a conservative member of Canada’s Parliament who represents Bowmanville-Oshawa North, told Sirius XM’s Breitbart News Saturday that Canadian officials are harming the country with their “anti-American hissy fit” on trade.
Jivani joined Breitbart News Washington Bureau Chief Matthew Boyle on the program on the heels of meeting with President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio earlier this month, which led to a liberal member of parliament, John-Paul Danko, labeling Jivani a Nazi sympathizer.
Jivani, who has known Vance for a decade and a half, said he took it upon himself to meet with top American officials because of the stalemate and lack of communication between the two countries on trade. Continue…

The “woke, decadent” EU is not facing a decline regardless of what critics say, and some people, including nearly half of Canadians, “still want” to join it, the bloc’s foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas has claimed.
Kallas made the remarks at the Munich Security Conference on Sunday, as she urged the bloc to “reclaim agency” and seek a “stronger role in the world.” She dismissed concerns that the EU may be facing an “erasure” altogether, hitting out at unnamed critics.
“Contrary to what some may say, woke, decadent Europe is not facing civilizational erasure. In fact, people still want to join our club. And not just fellow Europeans. When I was in Canada last year, I was told that over 40 percent of Canadians have an interest in joining the EU!” Kallas insisted.
While the bloc’s top diplomat did not elaborate, she apparently referred to a poll conducted by Abacus Data last March, which indicated that some 44% of Canadians were in favor of joining the EU. The survey, which sampled opinions of some 1,500 Canadian adults, also indicated the majority of respondents viewed the EU as the country’s most important partner in the next three to five years. Gurdeep Pandher, a Canadian “positivity author,” is facing backlash after posting a video of himself dancing in the snow and promoting his magazine following a deadly school shooting.
After a shooting at a high school in Tumbler Ridge on Tuesday that left several people dead and dozens injured, Pandher shared a video on social media of himself performing bhangra, a Punjabi folk dance, saying it was meant to “carry hope across borders.”
“A wave of sorrow ripples through Canada, both in news and on dinner tables. Hearts are heavy, emotions raw and shared openly. Yet in our darkest hours, joy emerges as both balm and mental medicine—a light that heals what words cannot. In that spirit, I offer this video: a small burst of brightness to carry hope across borders and mend what breaks within us,” he wrote.
He also used the moment to promote his own publication, saying, “This winter, I brought to life something that has lived in my imagination for years—the first annual print edition of The Gurdeep Magazine. The post was later deleted from X after drawing criticism and reposted with a different caption, though the original version remains on Instagram.
X user Arpan wrote on X, "Gurdeep Pandher is an embarrassment to our community. Maybe don’t make a post about a tragedy and then have a video dancing like an idiot. Be less tone deaf instead of trying to get your clicks and going viral. Absolute clown."
The backlash came amid heightened emotions following the shooting, which was carried out by transgender-identifying 18-year-old Jesse van Rootselaar. Rootselaar fatally shot his mother and 11-year-old stepbrother before going to the high school and opening fire, killing five children and a teacher. He later killed himself at the school
Pandher’s decision to promote his magazine in the wake of the tragedy drew criticism from social media users who viewed the post as insensitive given the timing.
