Atlanta Field Office Special Agent in Charge Allegedly Removed For Slow-Walking Election Fraud Investigation

Reports are emerging on social media that Paul Brown, the FBI Special Agent in Charge at the Atlanta Field Office, was “forced out of that job earlier this month,” according to MSNOW’s Ken Dilanian.

According to MSNOW, Brown “was forced out this month after questioning the Justice Department’s renewed push to probe Fulton County’s role in the 2020 election” after “expressing concern” about “unsubstantiated allegations of voter fraud” in Fulton County.

On Thursday, The Gateway Pundit published a 26-count report that was shared with the Department of Justice. The document allegedly details extensive acts of maladministration and evidence destruction in Fulton County related to the 2020 election. The publication maintains that the claims are supported by citations and corroborating materials, countering Dilanian’s characterization of them as “unsubstantiated.”

The Gateway Pundit has received an FBI letter purportedly sent in response to the 26-count report. The letter, addressed to Fulton County Elections Director Nadine Williams, was signed by Special Agent in Charge Brown and requested that the county “voluntarily produce” election materials from 2020, including:

paper ballots

ballot envelopes

voter “tallie” sheets

batch “tallie” sheets

tabulator “pole” tapes

tabulator “pole” tapes

documents related to tabulator “pole” tapes.

Sources familiar with the matter stated that Brown’s removal may have been linked to dissatisfaction within the Justice Department over how he handled the response to the 26-count report. Instead of pursuing a probable cause search warrant, Brown reportedly opted to send the request letter. The letter followed multiple prior efforts spanning several years to obtain the same election materials.

Notably, the letter contained several typographical errors, including “tallie” in place of “tally” and “pole” instead of “poll.” It also lacked a date of origin and, more concerningly, did not include a compliance deadline for Director Williams.

Previous efforts to obtain Fulton County election records include a formal request from then-Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, three subpoenas issued by the Georgia State Election Board (SEB) associated with an ongoing complaint investigation, and multiple lawsuits seeking access to physical ballots and related records. One of these cases has reportedly been awaiting a hearing for more than 1,100 days since being remanded to a lower court by the Georgia Supreme Court.

Earlier this month, a Georgia Superior Court judge ordered Fulton County to comply with one of those subpoenas; however, it notably did not include the physical ballots.

The source noted that the FBI has acted diligently and professionally in the investigation since Brown’s ouster.

Iran Hits Back At EU: Designates European Armies As 'Terrorist Entities'

Iran is saying two can play at the West's game: on Friday the secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council blasted the EU's decision to designate the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a "terrorist organization," warning that Europe's own militaries would now be viewed through the same lens.

"The European Union certainly knows that… the armies of countries that have participated in the European Union's recent resolution against the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps are considered terrorist entities," Ali Larijani wrote in a post on X. He added bluntly: "Therefore, the consequences of that shall be borne by the European countries that undertook such an action."

However, there's probably nothing in the way of European military assets for the Islamic Republic to sanction, so this 'action' by Tehran will remain largely symbolic. Iran does have assets held in various places of Europe though.

EU foreign ministers agreed on Thursday to formally classify the IRGC as a "terrorist organization" and urged member states to implement the designation without delay - after a few longtime holdouts flipped.

Among those recently changing their stance include France, Spain, and Italy - but apparently the recent deadly protests, and Trump's pressure, had an impact.

One bit of irony is that the West has over the past year removed its designation of Syria's Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), after Jolani took over Damascus. HTS is literally the founding al-Qaeda group in Syria.

The IRGC stands accused by the West of directing Iran's crackdown of domestic unrest, after economic-driven protests took over town and city streets this month.

Thousands died, but Iran officials have pointed to armed saboteurs being mixed in among the peaceful demonstrators, leading to mayhem and a high death toll.

The United States, Canada, and Australia had already blacklisted the IRGC, while Germany and the Netherlands have for years pressed the rest of the EU to follow suit.

But Tehran sees the Guard Corps as part of, or also chief safeguard of the nation's security and military. It is envisioned as 'protecting' the 'Islamic Revolution' since 1979. In the past, some countries even gave top IRGC officials diplomatic credentials.
