Well yeah, but Elon exchanging emails with Epstein, with some of them asking to join his wildest (interesting choice of word) parties is cause for a further investigation or subpoena.
But some people have to put energy into the investigation so if no one is gunna do it then nothing is gunna happen.
But at the very least, the public knows about his previous emails with Epstein so you can judge his character from there if you wanna forgive him or not.
