The charges were:

2: Scotiabank: $127.5M fine (2020) – Fraudulent trading.

3: HSBC: $76.6M fine – Spoofing (2011–2020).

4: Deutsche Bank: $75.5M fine – Rigging (1999–2014).

5: Morgan Stanley: $1.5M fine – Spoofing (2013–2014).

Regulators eventually caught up to them, dropping convictions and fines as recently as 2025.

Now, with the 2026 crash, it looks like they might be doing the same bullshit again.
