Anons, does anyone know anything about this "Signal" app? Is this thing really encrypted to the point that not even the NSA or any Intel agency cannot get into this thing? I know this is the app the DOW ie……."Pete" used but wouldn't that be different level of encryption for the DOW relating to National Security as oppose to libtard pols in MSP using this thing to dox ICE?
