As International Baker I'm doing the baking/notetaking for 8 breads so tend to be around a lot
Things get screwy try calling out on the Canada bread first and I'll be happy to help
If I need to bake a General and turn it over to you then we do a handoff and anons do anon and we get time to brainstorm the issue
when you post the bake claim do it as a reply to the dough post, that's the "tagging" so any baker coming by can see the bake is already claimed. Always good idea to check the replies to dough post to see id there's already a relief baker

Another time to tag the dough is when you have to ghost the bread
Systems/connection problems, IRL stuff comes up, something happens you have to get away from the monitor but don't have a baker to do a handoff with and the bread may be rather fresh. Definitely see if you can get a handoff first but sometimes it's the hour, it's a weekend, whatever. Just do the red text "Ghost Protocol in effect" or "Bread Ghosted" or even the "Baker Taps"
That way when another baker or sometimes a BV comes by and sees a high post count one of the first things they'll do is look in the replies to the dough post. If they see the ghost then they'll look for a "Baker Claim" or Baker On Duty " and either claim the bread by tagging the dough themselves or seeing the bread was claimed they'll relax and peruse the bread if they have time
It helps to post a ghost image if you're not ghosting at the dough post, kinda alerts anons, but not like a set in stone requirement
