Can confirm this is true. Looked into it at the time as concern was C Kirk’s assassin(s) could have left the area quickly. As it turns out when N888KJ landed briefly before its return to Utah another small plane left the same airport for Phoenix International within a short time and could have been perfect for a quick get out of the area/country. The association of the owners of the plane with a newly installed Chabad Rabbi to the area seemed quite a coincidence. Obviously a competent investigator able to obtain flight passenger information and travel history of any suspicious individuals could have helped confirm/rule out involvement of the Maxfield plane.
