D5 Coalition

I found this while working on another dig. What is interesting here is there is no mention of a Board of Directors or how this thing is funded. Yet it is supposed to be a study, of diversity among many other things. It is based in Chicago, but I have found branches in many other states. Has anyone bumped into this yet?

Seeing statements like under served communities, which raises my brow extensively.

After an extensive national search, Kelly Brown has been selected to direct the D5 coalition. Kelly brings to the position stellar credentials and more than 20 years of experience working on diversity, equity, and inclusion issues. She’s served as Director of Programs and Evaluation at the Marguerite Casey Foundation, Grants Director at the Vanguard Public Foundation, Administrative Director for TransAfrica/TransAfrica Forum and a consultant to nonprofits, philanthropic organizations, and individuals working to strengthen underserved communities.
