Since is ya in the business of "mulching" them moar leaves better, delivered to doo for free, by LOCALS.
Nobody drives accross sates lines to dump leaves, right?
So what is point of ID in that situation? other that YOU being "controlled"?
Maybe get a home multcher & put shreddings on garden beds?
or maybe YOU pay to buy back eveybody elses compost, inc weed seeds etc.
