Hear me out - I`ve been thinking about this concept of what Non Human _Intelligence really is - and what it is, how they can send apparently faster than our vehicles to out plane, planet or dimension.

HOW would another dimension or even planet measure our own plane of existence.

They clearly are advanced.

They clearly are able so send objects, or seemingly physical objects to our plane.

Some of theese objects move trough water like it`s air.

That suggest it is projected, not a physical property.

What would be the fastest way of measuring anything as we know it today? And this correlates with our own technology that we are currently discovering. It is almost like we discover theese properties in physics and theese NHI`s shows up.

Quantum Entanglement;

The best way would be to Quantum Entangle a object, or atoms on their own sideand either project it on our side, or send it physically (how?) measure the vibratory wavelenght pattern the object or entangled particles have and see what frequency wavelenght pattern shows up. all they need to to is simulate the frequency wavelenght pattern changes as it moves trough our atmosphere, or water and in a computer set up a simulation or sandbox like program.

Why quantum entanglement?

It seemingly moves trough objects (some of them) like is has no resistance (supports the projection theory) and faster than the physics allow for such a materialized object.

Unless it has a way of instantaniously changing the vibratory scale of the particles that meet such resistance in an instant with a resistantless equilibrium i think it`s projected.

Also, i believe any advanced civilization would be looking at other civilizations, or planes with life at the Fibonacci frequency scale in the 1-2-3-5-8-13 range phi 1.618 since it moves in a exponantial way - able to scale at enormous distances.

i think and this is veery creative, that a phi golden angle is able to scale a frequency, or pattern up or down self replicating a message or pattern that are able to be scaled enough to the distance of the target that the makes the pattern to be able to be recieved in the way it is sent from the reciever. without a scalable self repeating pattern, the message would most likely be recieved at the target as distorted, uneven, or even broken much like a sped up sinus wave, or a slowed down hum.

in the correct scaling of a frequency the message would be recieved at the other end as the intended message. distance x gravity x frequency(scalabe) x target.
