Not a sustainable model going forward. The ones that are left have all bought into chemical farming over layered with massively expensive equipment. They produce the crappy food that has caused all the health problems we see. Not blaming them, the system forced most conscientious farmers out of business long ago, the only way to survive was chemicals and going bigger. But if the product makes everyone fat and sick, eventually the product will have to change and it does not appear row cropping can do that.
