Release order is not known anymore, all dates are upload dates. Some videos uploaded ages ago were made available in 2020.
Upload dates may not be 100% accurate because of timezone differences.
There is a channel with re-uploads on yt, but it's missing some videos, some videos are incomplete, some titles are inaccurate, and there are extra videos that I can't verify and they are different in style to the Sebastian R L C videos, which is weird.

In September of 2018 I posted the following thread about a video from the channel. In the video titled clear and present danger, that is now deleted I transcribed what I heard in the video. I wrote that it sounded like it said the Democrats would start a pandemic and blame Trump! Note the last time I edited that thread back in 2018.

Rusty Shackleford was a well known youtube channel, where an unknown entity uploaded tons of footage of the island of Jeffrey Epstein.
The channel was available under the following URL:

In 2021 at the 4th/5th of July all of a sudden tons of uploads with drops+stingers were made. This went on until end of July.
Shortly after the channel was terminated by Youtube for "multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, deceptive practices and misleading content or other Terms of Service violations."
This thread is an archive for all the videos + drops/stingers that were made.
Upload/Publish dates may not be entirely accurate because of time zone differences.
