The report from October 2012 Fitton is describing was issued by the DIA (Mike Flynn ran the DIA during Obama fake presidency) and Flynn issued this report, which shows two things:

1) Obama admin was well aware that arms were going to Syria out of Port of Benghazi to rebel troops in Syria; and

2) Obama admin, including Sec. of State Hillary Clinton were warned about the rise of ISIS and that they were supporting terrorists in Syria.

The Oct. 2012 DIA report indicated that the weapons shipped during late 2012 were sniper rifles, RPG's, 125 and 155 mm Howitzer missiles during the immediate aftermath of the downfall of the Gaddafii regime(murdered with approval of Obama and Hillary Clinton).
